Our Mission

We recycle, reuse, and provide as many products as possible that are compostable or recyclable.  From the milk we have delivered from a local diary and recycle the containers with them, to our paper products and the cleaning supplies we use to keep our facility clean.  

During the design and construction phase, most of our building materials, cabinets and refrigeration items were re-purposed or recycled items that were found in the surrounding Denver area at local businesses either reselling them or going out of business.  We do have some newer items that we purchased locally, but was thought about carefully.  

Feel free to ask us about our facility.  We are very proud of our sustainability efforts, our location, the decor, and the ambiance we have created. 

We offer our coffee grounds for gardening and composting upon request during the winter, and bag them for free during the spring and summer season!
